We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BeWunder. As a Project Manager for Spatial Experiences, you will be responsible for managing complex and demanding national and international projects in the field of audio-visual and lighting permanent/ semi-permanent installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, and coordinate the planning and execution of complex and challenging AVL projects.
- Lead projects from preparation to completion, including project organization and processing.
- Liaise with clients to resolve issues related to client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients.
- Participate in tender processes, including design, submission, and review.
- Ensure project quality, deadline, and cost control.
- Tender, negotiate, and award supplier contracts and subcontracting services.
- Monitor all aspects of project management, from project controlling to claim management.
- Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects.
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions.
- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee the development of the master project schedule and manage its implementation.
- Provide regular compliance reports to senior management.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive team members.
- Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
- Collaborate with Administration on required tender documentation and other administrative projects.
- Collaborate with Crew Management on resource planning of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with HSE and QAQC on necessary projects, in line with HSE - QAQC requirements and compliances.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of AVL experience in a similar role. You should have proven Project Management experience with museums, cultural projects, permanent or semi-permanent installations. You should also have technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems and control.
