Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of In-Service Support, der unsere maritime Lösungen weiterentwickeln und unsere Kunden unterstützen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung des Bereiches In-Service-Support mit den Teilbereichen Customer Service und Integrated Logistic Support
  • Verantwortung für den Auf- und Ausbau einer modernen Service-Organisation
  • Festlegung der Strategie im Bereich ILS mit dem Fokus auf Trainingskonzepten und -durchführung
  • Strategische Ausrichtung des Obsoleszenz Managements zur langfristigen Sicherung der Teileversorgung der Installed Base
  • Strategische Make-Team-Buy Entscheidungen im Rahmen ILS (Core/Non-Core)
  • Sicherstellung eines langfristigen Wachstums im Servicebereich durch die Umsetzung moderner Servicekonzepte
  • Verantwortung für die Definition von Service KPI's und OPI's
  • Unterstützung des Head of Business Developments bei der Ausrichtung und Entwicklung der Service-Strategie im Bereich AWS
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium in Kombination mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Anteilen oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in unterschiedlichen Bereichen aus Engineering, Vertrieb und/oder Services
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Hohe Kompetenz zur Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
