We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Assistant to join our team at ADECCO. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple production sites in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for multiple production sites in Germany, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and transmit payroll-related data to external service providers, such as ADP.
- Manage employee benefits, including pension and health insurance.
- Provide support to management and HR teams on payroll-related matters.
- Communicate with government agencies, insurance companies, and other external parties.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Completed commercial education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations.
- Experience with time management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with P&I LOGA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
