Your Role at Olympus
As a Process and Data Manager within our Supply Chain Management team, you'll play a vital role in optimizing the Europe-wide supply chain for medical demonstration devices. You'll oversee the entire end-to-end process, from procurement and inventory management to distribution, retrieval, and reprocessing across EMEA.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within your area of responsibility, initiating improvement measures such as process optimizations throughout the supply chain, from order management to warehousing.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely availability and efficient reprocessing of medical demonstration devices.
- Collaborate with a motivated project team to develop a reliable KPI structure for monitoring logistics performance, inventory control, and the utilization of demo equipment.
- Support the development and optimization of the EMEA-wide Demo planning and execution software tool, acting as the liaison between operational stakeholders and the development team.
- Take ownership of project objectives, creating project charters and leading cross-functional teams to successful completion.
- Manage various projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
- Identify process weaknesses and develop improvement projects to achieve efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Assess customer requirements, identify potential risks, and design an efficient requirements management system.
- Stay informed about product-specific supply chain requirements and monitor the SCM market for applicable technology trends.
- Actively contribute your expertise to define initiatives and set smart goals that drive project success and continuous process optimization.
- Work agilely using the OKR method, consistently aligning your tasks and outcomes with departmental objectives.
