Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Uniper's business objectives and brand messaging.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Manage and maintain Uniper's social media presence, including responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and brand identity across digital channels.
- Coach and educate employees on best practices for online and social media communications.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the social media strategy.
- Master's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of proven experience in social media management, digital communications, and copywriting.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop content that balances technical insights with engaging narratives for a broad audience.
- Solid understanding of online marketing campaign strategies, including social media marketing and performance management tools.
- Experience managing complex digital marketing and communications projects, including steering external service providers and agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Native-level fluency in both English and German, with excellent written skills in both languages.
