This role comes with an estimated salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year based on the location in Germany and industry standards. As Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation, you will work closely with the VP Sustainability Transformation and the entire organisation.

• Create and prepare status quo and gap analysis regarding relevant indicators, data, data structures, and technology across locations.
• Develop a strategy and implementation concept for data collection using existing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
• Co-manage the project team and prepare corresponding project plans in coordination with various communities.
• Develop and maintain task management and ensure projects are delivered on time, on quality, and on budget.

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

• A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• 6-8 years of work experience in similar environments.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or training desirable.
• Experience in agile working methods.
• Technical knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and good German language proficiency. Spanish language skills are beneficial.
