Job Title: Head of HSE Offshore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HSE Offshore to join our team at NEPTUN SMULDERS Engineering. As a key member of our Offshore department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance across our offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals to provide expert advice and support to project teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure HSE knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
  • Investigate and report on HSE incidents and near misses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE management, preferably in the offshore wind or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining HSE management systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
