Job Responsibilities
  • Consulting and implementation of customer projects in the IT infrastructure field, including technical project management and regulatory consulting.
  • Development of meaningful, pragmatic, and proven models for sourcing, compliance, or service delivery projects, integrating recognized standards such as ITIL and COBIT.
  • Contribution to the diversification of our core business and the growth of our team.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in (business) informatics or a related field.
  • Practical experience in the IT infrastructure field, including LAN, WAN, IT security, cloud, workplace, WLAN, and IT governance.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and their practical implementation.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Outlook and other MS Office products.
