Die Rolle

Als E-Commerce Trainee bei Tante-E GmbH wirst du Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und wirst dich auf die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Online-Shops spezialisieren. Du wirst in verschiedenen Bereichen unserer Agentur arbeiten, darunter Projektmanagement, Shop-Setups, agiles Projektmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement.

Aufgaben
  • Projektmanagement und Shop-Setups: Du wirst Online-Shops auf Shopify aufsetzen, das Shop-System kennenlernen und alle relevanten Skills rund ums Projektmanagement sowie der Kommunikation erwerben.
  • Agiles Projektmanagement und Shop-Optimierung: Du wirst agiles Projektmanagement kennenlernen und Einblicke in die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Online-Shops erhalten.
  • Qualitätsmanagement und technische Zusammenhänge: Du wirst technische Zusammenhänge hinter bestimmten Funktionalitäten und Umsetzungen verstehen, wie Shopify im Backend funktioniert und wertvolle Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, den relevanten Tools und der technischen Projektarbeit aufbauen.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Strukturiert und überblickt stets die eigenen Aufgaben und Prioritäten
  • Verlässlich und kann sich zugewiesene Aufgaben eigenständig und fokussiert bearbeiten
  • Auge fürs Detail und ist ein Ninja, wenn es um Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt geht
  • Zeigt Initiative und ist proaktiv
  • Kann sich schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten und verfügt über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Keine Scheu, um Hilfe zu bitten, wenn man einmal nicht weiterkommt oder etwas nicht versteht
  • Spaß macht es, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, mitzudenken und ein Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Interessiert sich für den E-Commerce und die aktuellen Trends & Entwicklungen der Branche
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2 Niveau)
  • Sehr gut Deutsch (mindestens C2 Niveau)
