We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Slim Chickens. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the storage, preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality food to specification, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict health and hygiene standards, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Minimize waste and ensure all delivery items are inspected for quantity, quality, and use-by date.
- Explain and demonstrate allergen procedures to colleagues and customers.
- Own your section and duties, including open and close down checks.
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
