Job Summary
The Sachbearbeiter Genehmigung position at KV RLP is responsible for processing and approving applications for benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and be able to communicate effectively with members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and approve applications for benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Review and resolve discrepancies in the assigned area of responsibility
- Communicate with members regarding quality-related matters
- Analyze data from specialized applications to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with project teams to implement quality management initiatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or training in administration
- At least two years of experience in administrative work, preferably in quality management
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and processes
- Advanced knowledge of the SGB V and its implications for quality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and structured
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
