Marabu Airlines: A Dynamic Team Awaits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cabin Crew Member to join our team at Marabu Airlines. As a key member of our cabin crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while representing our brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Representing Marabu Airlines Brand: You will be the face of our airline, ensuring that our brand values are upheld and our passengers receive exceptional service.
  • Ensuring Passenger Safety and Security: Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our passengers, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Welcoming Passengers and Ensuring Comfort: You will be responsible for welcoming passengers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring their comfort throughout the flight.
  • Onboard Sales and Product Promotion: You will have the opportunity to promote our onboard products and services, enhancing the passenger experience.
  • Leading the Cabin Crew Team: As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will lead the cabin crew team, ensuring efficient operation and passenger satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: You must have previous experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member.
  • Secondary Education: You must have a completed secondary education.
  • EASA Cabin Crew Attestation: You must be in possession of an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
  • EU Citizenship and Passport: You must be an EU citizen with a valid EU passport.
  • Language Skills: You must be fluent in written and spoken English, with German language skills beneficial.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Health: You must be in excellent general health and physically fit, with the ability to swim unassisted and hold a valid aeronautical medical certificate.
  • Criminal Record: You must have no criminal records.
  • Flexible Personality: You must have a flexible, open-minded personality with good communication skills.
  • Positive Attitude: You must have a positive attitude, kindness, and empathy.
  • Responsibility: You must be trustworthy and have a sense of responsibility, with punctuality being essential.
  • Situational Awareness: You must have good situational awareness and a can-do attitude.
  • Airbus A320 Experience: Experience on Airbus A320 is an advantage.
