Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Manager to join our team at Bechtle AG. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for managing the operational leasing accounting process, working closely with our Bechtle Financial Services, subsidiaries, and the Bechtle AG's accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operational leasing accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the Bechtle Financial Services team to provide financial support and guidance.
- Work closely with subsidiaries and the Bechtle AG's accounting department to ensure seamless financial processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong background in financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
