HL Mando Corporation Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our regional sales management and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Mercedes Benz and Stellantis
- Conduct cost reviews and analyses, and provide quotations for new programs or change management
- Lead commercial negotiations and work with customers to implement specific processes and tools
- Collaborate with teams in Korea and Europe to drive business growth
- Acquire new programs to increase product portfolio
- Establish trustful and long-term relationships with customers
- Support the definition of short and long-term goals for the account
- Perform sales-specific tasks according to process definition
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, international sales/management, engineering, or similar discipline
- Proven work experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry or equivalent careers
- Understanding of sales process and dynamics
- Competency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Fluent German and English language skills
- French or Italian language skill is an advantage
- Strong mind and working attitude to succeed tasks
- High understanding of multicultural issues and conflicts
- Assertive person with good communication and organizational skills
