Payroll Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated Payroll Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team at Personio. As a key member of our newest sales team in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing sales processes for our innovative payroll product.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Expand existing accounts and win new customers for Personio Payroll through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our payroll product across the sales process, providing valuable insights and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to building and strategically developing the German market for Personio Payroll, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Account Executives, and Solution Engineering, to integrate Personio into customers' existing IT landscapes.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A minimum of 2 years of end-to-end sales closing experience in SaaS sales with Payroll/Finance solutions.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to cooperate with various teams, including Payroll, HR, IT, and C-level executives.A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Gong.Fluency in both German (C2) and English (C1).About Personio:
