Sales Director

Delta Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our German region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing key accounts. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales. You will work closely with our engineering team and factory to ensure timely launches and coordinate operational activities. Additionally, you will plan and execute business strategies, create market overviews, and provide data-driven insights for monthly reviews. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply. You will be fluent in English and German, with a university degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. You will also have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales experience at international companies and a strong ability to discuss technical and commercial details with customers and colleagues in Asia. You will be willing to travel up to 30% of the time in the EMEA region and occasionally to Asia.
