Supporting the Buying Team

We are searching for a motivated individual to join our Buying Assistance team in Munich, Germany. As a Junior Buying Assistance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Verifying order confirmations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Processing and releasing orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  3. Communicating with international suppliers regarding discrepancies and delivery issues.
  4. Tracking delivery status to ensure timely compliance with confirmed delivery windows.
  5. Negotiating special conditions for delayed deliveries in collaboration with the Buying team.
  6. Cooperating closely with the English-speaking Buying team.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A relevant commercial education and professional experience in administrative tasks.
  2. Excellent oral and written English skills.
  3. Care, concentration, loyalty, and reliability.
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a service-oriented mindset.
  5. Experienced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
