At 1KOMMA5° GmbH, we're revolutionizing the energy landscape with our cutting-edge Heartbeat AI Platform. As a key member of our Product Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and advance our product portfolio by collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and validate new products and services.
  • Take ownership of product strategies from inception to delivery, conducting market research, evaluating trends, and creating business cases.
  • Internationalize and scale existing products, customizing and expanding them for a broader customer base while accelerating our global expansion.
Your Profile

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation and a passion for driving change. Your qualifications should include:

  • A degree and/or a gap year with at least 6 months of availability.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel to analyze cost and revenue structures, and Google Slides/Powerpoint to create insightful presentations.
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (C1/C2) and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • A problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Relevant experience in Product Innovation, Consulting, or related areas is a plus.
