Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT applications and systems.
- Assist in maintaining IT applications and systems, including network and telecommunications devices.
- Install and configure software and functions, and document repairs and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain phone and VoIP systems, and configure and maintain network and telecommunications devices.
- Analyze and resolve telecommunications system issues, and conduct training on telecommunication systems.
- Implement IT security measures, and create technical documentation.
- Support the IT team in project implementation, and provide technical expertise as needed.
Requirements:
- IT-related education or equivalent experience.
- Experience with telecommunications systems, including network technology, VoIP systems, and IT security.
- Knowledge of standards and protocols, and ability to create technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and independent and solution-oriented approach.
- Team player with high level of commitment, and service-oriented and friendly demeanor.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, and good time and self-management abilities.
- Motivated and eager to learn, with strong troubleshooting skills.
