About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our marketing leadership team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of our content strategy across multiple European countries.

Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling narratives, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence through the creation and dissemination of high-quality content. You will work closely with our country managers and marketing teams to adapt and localize marketing initiatives for each European country, ensuring cultural nuances and preferences are integrated into all content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with our brand, audience, and goals
  • Collaborate with country managers and marketing teams to adapt and localize marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the development and optimization of website content to ensure a seamless user experience and high-quality visuals
  • Use data-driven insights to measure content and campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on performance metrics and trends
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, social media specialists, SEO experts, and translators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, and/or brand management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple European countries, accounting for cultural and linguistic nuances
  • Proficient in SEO, social media, and content management or e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
