Project Engineer for Automation Technology

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing automation systems from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions for various industries, including electrical engineering and system design.
  • Design and develop program systems for data loggers, measurement devices, and control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation solutions.
  • Perform electrical engineering tasks, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for automation systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
