About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at build a rocket GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing international projects, acting as an operational all-rounder, monitoring and ensuring quality, and utilizing your organizational talent to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting budget frameworks.
  • Act as an operational all-rounder, defining priorities and developing strategies to optimize collaboration and adapt to new circumstances.
  • Monitor and ensure quality, reporting successes to supervisors and maintaining high standards.
  • Utilize organizational talent to manage processes and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute innovative ideas, analyzing and evaluating products, customers, and campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project/stakeholder management, preferably with experience managing projects for larger clients.
  • Ability to work internationally with diverse colleagues and clients.
  • Organizational, moderating, coaching, and firefighting skills, with a strong understanding of project management tools and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming and esports industry.
  • Fluency in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with relevant publishers in the esports and gaming industry.
  • Broad network in the market.
  • Experience with influencer activation.
  • Experience in the agency sector.
  • Passion for gaming.
