IT Finance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Specialist to join our team at Apleona GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance on our central ERP and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for international subsidiaries and key accounts regarding our finance systems.
- Collaborate with key users in the finance and controlling area to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency.
- Support strategic IT projects, such as SAP S4/HANA roll-out, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Develop and implement new requirements in the finance area, ensuring ongoing operations and system optimization.
- Provide user training and support for employees and key users in an international business environment.
- Contribute to sales support for presales activities and tenders.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in comparable positions, with a strong background in finance and IT.
- Proficiency in SAP Finance or comparable systems, with experience in the Controlling module being an advantage.
- Knowledge of facility management processes and related order processing and logistics processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and business management understanding of business transactions.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Hands-on mentality, creativity, and a willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
