Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our products. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software by performing manual and automated tests in functional and non-functional areas.
Key Responsibilities- Test Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize testing activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Test Case Development: Create detailed test cases based on requirements and ensure they are comprehensive and effective.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
- Regression Testing: Develop and execute regression tests to ensure that changes do not introduce new defects.
- Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and defect rejection ratio to ensure that our software meets the highest standards.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and manual testing.
- Education: University degree in informatics or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a structured environment, and experience with test case management tools.
- Language: Fluent in German and English.
