We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fresh Food Counter Manager to join our team at HIT Handelsgruppe. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fresh food counters, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

• Manage and maintain the freshness and quality of products on display
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize sales
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or food service industry
