The RoleWe're seeking highly motivated Sales Experts to join our team in Berlin. As a Sales Expert, you'll be responsible for creating a magical customer journey, showcasing our products, and driving sales in our brand store. You'll work closely with our team to develop strong business relationships and provide top-tier service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Be a trusted expert on all Cowboy products, advising customers and answering product-related questions.
- Maximize sales opportunities by actively driving and managing sales activities.
- Plan and schedule Test Rides and meetings with potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Host Test Rides with confidence, showcasing the bike's features and benefits.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and awareness within the retail space.
- Ensure the shop floor is consistently well-presented, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Passion for human interactions, customer experience, and community building.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
