• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records
• Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
• Update and maintain customer databases and track appointments
• Conduct credit checks and verify customer information
• Submit reports to the Statistical Office
• Verify customer credit limits with the credit insurer
• Perform general accounting tasks
• Process incoming mail and verify invoices
• Record and verify incoming invoices
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct regular account reconciliations
• Manage customer accounts and debt collection

• Completed accounting training, preferably with a focus on accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation
• Practical experience in financial and accounting processes
• Proficiency in DATEV Unternehmen Online is desirable
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Quick learning ability and attention to detail
• Teamwork and customer orientation
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
