Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and enhance process efficiency
- Audit processes for compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze feedback and data to drive process improvements at the site
- Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and resolve process-related issues
As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of improving Amazon's logistics, focusing on safety, productivity, and quality. Your responsibilities will include running observations and audits to identify areas for enhancement, recommending changes, and implementing new processes using project management and stakeholder management skills.
Accountability and GrowthYou will be based at one of our sites and accountable for positively influencing operational efficiency at the site. If needed, you will conduct analysis at other local or national sites. You will have the opportunity to share best practices and ideas with our EU network, using data to drive improvements and grow our shipping capabilities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
- Experience with supporting tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access)
