Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior IT-Projektleiter, der unsere Kunden begeistern und unsere Projektarbeit in einem tollen Team mitgestalten möchte.
HauptraumDer Hauptraum des Senior IT-Projektleiters ist die Leitung von Projekten des Bereichs mit besonderer Bedeutung für das Unternehmen in einem komplexen Umfeld.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Leitung von Projekten des Bereichs mit besonderer Bedeutung für das Unternehmen in einem komplexen Umfeld
- Projektleitung im Rahmen von Sonderaufträgen oder der APA-Beauftragung für das Basisangebot nach PMO-Prozess
- Koordination und Steuerung der Abstimmung zu fachlichen Anforderungen im Rahmen des Projektauftrags zu Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen
- Verantwortung für die Steuerung der internen und externen Projektmitarbeiter inkl. der eingesetzten Budgetmittel
- Absicherung der Projekt-Lieferfähigkeit auf der Basis der vereinbarten Inhalte und Termine
- Qualifizierte Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in den betroffenen Entwicklungsbereichen
- Erstellung von managementgerechten Präsentationen
- Berichterstattung an Auftragnehmer und Auftraggeber in den vereinbarten Zyklen
- Organisation und Dokumentation der Kommunikation und Abstimmung im Team
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Projektmanagement Zertifizierung wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten in der Software-Entwicklung mit entsprechender Prozess- und Methodenkompetenz
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse des PMOplus
- Durchsetzungskraft und Überzeugungsfähigkeit um Lösungen voranzutreiben
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und -initiative
