We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Space Planner to join our team at Festo. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and optimize space management across our locations.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for space management, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to identify requirements and create tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Auto-CAD to design and develop space layouts that meet company guidelines and regulations.
  • Prepare structural engineering documents and furnish variants to support construction projects.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with company and workplace guidelines in all measures.
  • Provide planning support for construction projects, working closely with customers and trade partners.
  • Coordinate and schedule measures to achieve optimal outcomes.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate management or facility management, preferably with expertise in space planning.
  • Familiarity with Auto-CAD, Revit, and BIM, with a willingness to adapt to other applications like MS Project.
  • Prior knowledge of ASR (workplace guidelines) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated high initiative, solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong spatial thinking and creativity.
  • Passion for buildings and their utilization, as well as organizational tasks and professional development.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
