We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team at W&W-Gruppe. As an Actuarial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial risks in the insurance industry, implementing predictive models, and supporting various projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to advance data preparation in the insurance sector, leveraging expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Analyze data using algorithms, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics to identify trends and patterns, and inform business decisions.
  • Assist in developing stochastic models and calculating technical tariffs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Create and maintain reports for decision-making purposes, using data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics, with a strong foundation in mathematical and statistical principles.
  • Knowledge of insurance mathematics and relevant software tools, such as actuarial software and programming languages.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
