Wir suchen nach einer/n Account Manager (m/w/d) Animal Health (Biosicherheit), der/dem die richtigen Hygienelösungen für unsere Kunden finden und ihnen kontinuierliche Unterstützung bieten kann.

Aufgaben
  • Aktives Verkaufen von Hygienelösungen bei Bestandskunden sowie Akquise von Neukunden im Bereich der Biosicherheit von Geflügel, Schwein und Rind, in der Region Deutschland, Österreich, sowie Schweiz
  • Training & Betreuung und Gewinnung von Key-Account Kunden auf dem Gebiet der Biosicherheit
  • Planung, Etablierung und Überwachung von betriebsspezifischen Hygieneprotokollen und deren Durchführung
  • Wachstumsorientierter Vertrieb sowie Umsetzung des Ecolab Lösungs-/Service-Models
  • Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Monitoring von kundenspezifischen Lösungen sowie Erfassung der quantitativen Wertschöpfung (Total Value Delivered)
  • Proaktiv Lösungen identifizieren, entwickeln und implementieren, um Ergebnisse, Kundenservice und Gesamtkosten zu verbessern, Verbesserungen in der Biosicherheit, der Tiergesundheit und dem Prozessablauf sowie bei Zeit und Ressourceneinsatz, um den Kunden einen Mehrwert zu schaffen (Effizienzsteigerung)
  • Führen von Verkaufsgesprächen bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss sowie das proaktive Führen von Preisverhandlungen und Vollkostenrechnungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von guten Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen der Kundenstruktur (auf operativer Anwenderebene, mit dem Einkauf bis hin zur Geschäftsführung)
  • Durchführung von Präsentationen (Fokus Mehrwert und Verkauf)
  • Durchführung von Training & Kundenschulungen
  • Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Marktinformationen im Gebiet (Mitbewerber, Kunden), digitales-Management der kundenbezogenen Daten (CRM System)
  • Befolgen von Ecolab Sicherheitsrichtlinien, um Sicherheit im Alltag zu gewährleisten
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einer/n Account Manager (m/w/d) Animal Health (Biosicherheit), der/dem folgende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen vorliegen:

  • Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Agrarwissenschaften oder Veterinärmedizin
  • Fundierte Vertriebserfahrung (besonders in der Akquise) und langjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Biosicherheit von Schwein, Rind oder Geflügel
  • Solides Netzwerk in der deutschen Schweine- und/oder Geflügelbranche
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Hygiene, Biosicherheit und Tiergesundheit
  • Kundenorientierung mit beratender Verkaufskompetenz
  • Selbstständiges, teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hervorragende Planungs-, Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, vor allem MS-Office sowie CRM
  • Englisch: Sehr gute Grundkenntnisse
