Digital Project Manager

Als Digital Project Manager bei brandung GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von digitalen Projekten für unsere Kunden aus den Bereichen Sport, Sponsoring, Consumer Goods & Products. Du berätst unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe, planst und steuerst die Projekte ganzheitlich und arbeitest eng mit unseren interdisziplinären Teams im agilen Setting.
Deine Aufgaben- Du planst und koordinierst digitale Website Projekte für unsere Kunden
- Du steuerst alle Prozesse deiner Projekte: Von der Konzeption, über das Design und die technische Umsetzung bis hin zum Livegang sowie darüber hinaus
- Unsere Agile Coaches unterstützen dich dabei, für jedes agile oder teilagile Projekt die richtigen Prozesse & Workflows zu finden, sodass du immer etwas dazulernen kannst
- Du planst und übernimmst die Führung der interdisziplinären Projekt-Teams mit Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Kreation (Design & Konzeption), Entwicklung (Frontend & Backend) sowie Online Marketing
- Zur Steuerung des Budgets & Leistungsfortschritts führst du regelmäßig das Projekt Controlling durch und stimmst dich mit dem Account Management und der Business Direktion ab
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden, berätst diese & führst Meetings sowie Präsentationen souverän durch
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von digitalen Projekten mit, Agenturerfahrung wünschenswert
- Du hast bereits cross-funktionale Teams bestenfalls bereits im agilen Arbeitsumfeld gesteuert
- Mit deinem Kommunikationstalent und deiner Souveränität begeisterst du die Kunden und dein Team
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Kunden und bringst dich proaktiv ein
- Du sprichst fließend und verhandlungssicher deutsch (GER: C1-Niveau)
- Horizonte erweitern. Bei uns arbeiten Kolleg:innen unterschiedlicher Gewerke (Projektmanagement, Kreation und IT) im Arbeitsalltag eng zusammen und tauschen sich aus. So kann voneinander gelernt werden und verschiedene Sichtweisen eingeholt werden
