Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to support our Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing technical studies and engineering analysis focused on software cost-efficiency, quality, and algorithm optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform software development for TADSS maintenance, integrating field tests, and providing technical solutions for the restoration of software functionality.
• Tasked with software modifications, upgrade installations, and functional verification in line with Government directives.
• Developers engage in pre-and-post modification software inspections and validations pertaining to TADSS, ensuring proper configuration for the integration of future modifications/upgrades.
• Reverse engineer software processes to guarantee sustainability and compatibility within the TADSS framework.
• Provide expedited engineering support during exercises/tests, including patches and workarounds for TADSS, to minimize operational disruptions.
• Contribute to plans for the procurement and replacement of GLDD components within TADSS, verifying the new components meet the form, fit, and function standards for seamless software integration.

Requirements

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
