Job Overview

Longevity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our German Office in recruitment processes and attract top talent to support our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate recruitment processes to support departmental needs.
  • Manage and maintain the recruiting database, ensuring applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software track applicants through the selection phase to onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain job offers on our social media platforms.
  • Responsible for CVs and phone screening.
  • Attend and/or lead 1st interviews.
  • Actively seek out potential candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop partnerships with relevant universities.
  • Attend recruitment events.
  • Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.

Onboarding

  • Make job offers, preparing offer letters to ensure selected candidates understand salary and remuneration conditions.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, administering and submitting all hiring paperwork and assisting with the starting process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • French is an asset.
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related areas.
  • 1st experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Outstanding communication skills and manners.
  • Willingness to learn and autonomy.
