Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Logistics Specialist to join our team at Technicum GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Briefly load and unload goods from trucks and containers using a forklift or other material handling equipment.
- Accurately count and record inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly inventory targets.
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid forklift certification and a strong understanding of material handling equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads, as well as stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
