Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team at Darwin Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from the planning phase through to execution and final acceptance, specifically in the area of special machine construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Professional experience in project management and project execution within the fields of plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally with a background in laser technology.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
