About the Role

Porsche Digital GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Partner to join our People & Culture Circle. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic HR support to students in Berlin and Ludwigsburg, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the core area of Human Resources within the People & Culture Circle
  • Manage the employee lifecycle of students, including recruitment, onboarding, support, and offboarding
  • Assist with people operations for full-time colleagues
  • Coordinate administrative processes, such as appointments and correspondence
  • Develop job references and other legally relevant documents
  • Collaborate on specific projects within holistic HR management
  • Independently coordinate the recruiting process for new talents
Requirements
  • Studies in economics, business education, business psychology, or a comparable field, with a focus on human resources management
  • Initial practical experience in human resources, such as internships or working student activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP HR are beneficial
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Independent, structured work style and organizational talent
  • Excellent team and communication skills, as well as a supportive character
  • Hands-on mentality is essential
