Logistics Coordinator

Kromberg & Schubert is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products within our global operations.

• Coordinate Logistics Services: Collaborate with selected shipping partners to arrange efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions for our goods.
• Customs Expertise: Handle customs clearance procedures, prepare all necessary shipping documents, and manage export paperwork to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Procurement Logistics Management: Monitor and coordinate logistics bookings related to procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials to our production facilities.
• Global Shipment Coordination: Work closely with our production facilities worldwide to plan and execute shipments, optimizing routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Customer Service Focus: Track shipment deadlines, proactively address any potential delays, and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records and ensure the availability of materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/frau (or equivalent) is required.
• Several years of experience in export departments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ATLAS software is essential.
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
