Strategic Consultant for Private Equity Transactions

From today, we're looking for a top-tier professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant Private Equity Consulting. If you're a driven individual with a passion for creating value, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

  • You will support and advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence, strategy, and portfolio optimization.
  • You will work on deals and transactions across various sectors and with an international reference.
  • You will collaborate with your team to develop the equity story, examine investment hypotheses, prepare market models, and validate the business plan.
  • As part of your role, you will be in direct contact with top-layer clients and experts.
  • In addition, your commitment to promoting our own services is sought: you will contribute to company-internal development issues, you will be involved in acquisition tasks, and promote the development of young team members.

Your Profile

  • You bring 4-5 years of professional experience in the consulting environment, ideally with a focus on commercial due diligence or transaction advisory or private equity.
  • You have an excellent master's degree, MBA, or PhD, ideally in Business Administration.
  • You have an analytical mind and an excellent understanding of business contexts.
  • Your thinking is strategic and entrepreneurial.
  • You have social competence and some initial managerial responsibility.
  • You are fluent in German, English, and business lingo.
  • You know PPT, Excel, and databases like the back of your hand.
