About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent at KiKxxl GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential customers through proactive outreach and communication.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to customers on various telecommunications services, including tariff changes, contract renewals, and optimizations.
- Offer detailed information on products, prices, and tariffs to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

- You possess a pleasant telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills.
- You are enthusiastic, sales-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people.
- You demonstrate a strong service-oriented mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- You have a friendly, empathetic, and persuasive communication style when interacting with customers.
- You are willing to work in a performance-driven environment and strive for excellence.
- You have a high level of quality awareness and basic computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Your monthly salary will be between €2,200 and €3,200, depending on your performance and potential for additional earnings through commissions.

Working Conditions
You will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with two Saturdays per month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
