Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Sales Associate / Bakery Sales Representative to join our team in Dissen am Teutoburger Wald. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling our delicious baked goods and providing excellent customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
- Work collaboratively with our bakery team to ensure efficient sales and customer service
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or bakery environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
