We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Logistics Labelling team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective labelling of our products in accordance with legal and customer-specific specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical and disciplinary aspects of the labelling area in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the labelling process, including the handling of packed and labelled goods, to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the loading area.
  • Implement and maintain the 5S+S specifications in the labelling area, promoting a culture of efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs for dispatch volume and delivery reliability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream processes to ensure a seamless and holistic process flow, coordinating with neighbouring specialist departments as needed.
  • Support projects within logistics, representing the divisional management in the LOG DC area and managing employees in the Labelling division in line with KLM principles.
Requirements:
  • Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or comparable training.
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, specializing in warehouse logistics, with a focus on intra- and extra logistics.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in SAP, and a process- and solution-orientated approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and a strong command of lean management/Six Sigma methodology.
