About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Zimmermann. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury fashion store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and individual goals by executing online sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
  • Clienteling and Relationship Building: Develop and manage our store's client portfolio, schedule appointments, and build strong relationships with our clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Training and Development: Participate in various training programs to build a strong knowledge of our products, master our internal procedures, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Store Management: Assist with visual merchandising, stock support, e-commerce order support, and other store-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in luxury designer fashion, with a strong understanding of customer habits and preferences.
  • Excellent Client Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Professional Presentation: Maintain a professional, welcoming character and presentation at all times.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Luxury Fashion Knowledge: Have a strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends, products, and brands.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is required.
