Your Responsibilities:
The Intra Europe Trade is a dynamic market with a yearly volume of approximately 8 million TEUs. As Director of Trade Management - Intra Europe, you will be responsible for leading a team that oversees two relations within the IRT Europe trade. You will also be in charge of developing, implementing, and monitoring a pricing strategy to maximize vessel utilization and optimize the cargo mix.
Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing the European Shuttle and feeder network, developing Ship Systems with Networks and Partnerships to strategically increase market share, improve quality, reduce costs, and differentiate from competitors. You will also be involved in budgeting of volume and freight rate, as well as close monitoring and analysis of deviations.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a strong shipping background with experience in Trade Management or a commercial role. You should have verifiable leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team, as well as a self-driven approach with initiative and great engagement. You should also have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a systematic, goal-oriented approach to work and strong analytic capabilities.
