- Expertise in IoT, data management, or logistics, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Experience leading remote teams, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Training development and delivery experience, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training programs.
- Fluency in German and English, with French or Spanish being an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, with a strong understanding of its applications and tools.
