We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate in our Bakery Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our bakery products to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Promote our bakery products, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory items, to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure the bakery department is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bakery or retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
