Process Specialist in Energy Management

- Take charge of processes related to the preparation of network usage, feed-in tariffs, metering charges, and billing adjustments, as well as managing the clearing processes following any billing disputes.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure that feed-in tariffs, network usage charges, metering operations, and billing adjustments are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Define the technical specifications for projects and independently perform necessary software testing in the event of process discrepancies or during project implementations.
- Document the processes that have been established and provide training to ensure proper execution.
- In the event of process discrepancies, engage in constructive dialogue with market partners and clients, promoting proactive and solution-focused communication.
- A degree in economics or engineering with a specialization in energy economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, a commercial education complemented by additional qualifications and professional experience in managing billing processes for a network operator.
- Familiarity with SAP IS-U is an advantage.
- A keen interest in understanding the regulatory frameworks surrounding feed-in tariffs, network usage, and metering billing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent technical issues assertively yet amicably.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks with flexibility, proactively prioritizing responsibilities while maintaining diligence.
