Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Field Service Engineer für unser Team in Ingolstadt, Regensburg und Passau.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Reparaturen, Kalibrierungen und Wartung der Geräte vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Durchführung vollständiger Installations, Inbetriebnahmen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen an den Geräten beim Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Customer Service
  • Erstellen von Service- und Wartungsberichten
  • Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz
Dein Profil
  • Ausbildung als technische Fachkraft, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Medizintechnik, Betriebs- und Elektronik, Industriemechanik, Hausgeräte-Technik
  • Idealweise erste Berufserfahrung als Service-techniker
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Analysefähigkeiten und Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 80-100 %, auch über das zugewiesene Einsatzgebiet hinaus, inklusive Übernachtungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
