Finance Analyst Internship

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our finance team in various tasks related to financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of financial analyses and processes, including risk management and investment controlling, in close collaboration with our portfolio companies.
  • Support with financial statement-related tasks, such as annual, consolidated, and quarterly financial statements, with a focus on consolidation, IFRS, and German GAAP accounting topics.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations for the executive board, supervisory board, and investors.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in business administration or a related field, with a specialization in accounting, finance, or auditing.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with PowerBI skills being a plus.
  • Previous internships in auditing, internal auditing, or investment controlling are highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and interest in various business models.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with another European language being a desirable asset.
